I’m a Level 3 performance swimming coach with over a decade of experience in teaching and coaching swimming. I’ve helped develop swimmers in every age group from mother and baby groups through to the eldest of masters across the world. I’m also a Level 2 gym instructor and I try to get to the gym as often as possible.

2010 - 2014 | Instrumental in progressing a club from Division 2 of Sussex League with a handful of County level swimmers up to Premier division of Arena League with multiple Regional and National qualifiers including one to Olympic Trials. During this period I coached a senior female swimmer that achieved Silver in 100 Free and Gold in 50 Free at National Championships. The same swimmer also swam at Olympic Trials in 2012, missing the final by 1 position. In 2013 they made semi-finals and a final at World Trials. |
